Emigrant Savings Bank in NYC has engaged DIG to implement the Aware Manager for enterprise wide work order management and preventive maintenance.

Barclays Capital visit DIG in Boston
In December of 2006 a team of Aware Manager users from our Barclay's Capital properties came to Boston for a three day intensive Aware Manager training and data analysis program. Prior to their trip to Boston, we worked with the client to create the curriculum to match their specific needs and cover the topics of most importance to the group. Along with system training, we spent time analyzing the data files, updating and reworking data standards, and creating an action plan for immediate implementation upon their return to their properties.

For the duration of the program, the multi-property team was able to collaborate together and focus on the use of the system free of day to day distractions. The intensive training and analytical work held away from their offices proved to be an effective solution for moving ahead in their implementation.
