Newmark Knight Frank Implement Insurance Certificates
Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is one of the largest independent real estate service firms in the world.
They provide real estate solutions to the largest corporations, property owners, investors and developers across the globe.
NKF 1350 Broadway, NY, has been a client of Database International Group since November 2006. One of their objectives for using
the Aware Manager was to provide a paperless solution for their large volume of vendor and tenant Insurance Certificates. To help
facilitate a quick implementation, a Database International Group Client Services Representative went on site and assisted with
entering Insurance Certificates into the database. While on site, the representative trained the NKF staff members on the procedures
and reporting options. This immediate training approach ensured that all insurance related data would be entered and tracked in real
time on a daily basis.
Positive feedback was received from all personnel involved in the implementation process, including the Building Manager, Diane
Fields, who stated that "the data input process through Aware Manager was quick and easy. It has greatly facilitated operation of the
building".
